High heels with pointy have adverse effects for the leg, but apparently did not stop her from wearing it. Some shoes can cause foot pain and discomfort immediately that may last for several days, even the foot problems that could develop.
The three most common problems usually occur with high heels are:
1. Bunion: is a bony ridge on the inside of the foot and big toe joints looked like a button.
2. Thickening of the skin of the finger: This is a condition where the toes become bent or crooked. Thickening of the skin can form at pressure points.
3. Strained calf muscle (Equinus): use of long-term high heels causes shortening of the Achilles tendon, so that more pressure is placed on the ball of the foot. Stretching can help to solve the problem. When the surgeon believes that this is a pathological problem, they may recommend lengthening the Achilles tendon or muscle in the calf crop.
